Cell service order appeared successful, but no confirmation emails or activation

Hello!  I ordered activation for my existing iPhone and Apple Watch online.  The website told me I was successful, thanked me for my order, and told me to expect a confirmation e-mail, then activation within 30 minutes.

I received no activation and no e-mail.  When I entered my e-mail to track my order and it promised to e-mail me a code, it did not.

I called, got bounced around to several people, and told that my 15-digit order number from the "Thank you..." page doesn't really count.  There's a shorter number and activation code they need.  Without it, they can't help me.  They said it's like my order doesn't exist.

Ultimately I was just told to wait until tomorrow, knowing nothing is going to happen.   Meanwhile I have a phone and watch I can't use because they're in limbo.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me.  I do not use Twitter/X, so please don't direct me there.

Whoops - it's not an "activation code" they want, but a "location code"... and I don't have it.   I still have nothing.   I'm left wondering if I even have an order.
