Change mobile number

So, I am trying to change my mobile number. Once I find the process on the My Verizon app. I walk through the steps, everything is going well until the final step where I should get a confirmation code, I am told that there is no eligible device to send the confirmation code to. Is this because my phone is the only one on my account?

Hey Jacob5150. Hate to hear the number change is causing such frustration. You mentioned "confirmation code". Is this the "allow or deny" this change notification. Please respond to the following Private Message and we check for options to help you get this done!
