Couldn’t validate my identity

I was coming to Verizon from AT&T and already ported over my number, had my credit run, purchased a phone for same day pickup and after the order was placed got an email saying they needed to verify my identity. I provided them all the documents they requested and still said they couldn’t verify my identity. So now I’m without a working phone and having to wait until 3 business days away when mine comes. Had to settle for a different service provider. Terrible service and they hung up on me the few times I called.
