...and now for something completely different...

I want to give a shoutout and recognition to Hector at Verizon, 2617 N White Sands Blvd, Alamogordo, NM 88310.

He helped me activate a new iPhone 16 ProMax, which required a call to Verizon tech support and escalation. The level 1 support was pretty hopeless, but the level 2 support was great. The whole process took about an hour, which is an hour too long. 

But throughout Hector was enthusiastic, upbeat and super helpful. I hope his efforts are recognised and appreciated.
