 I was  attempting to activate 4 mobile lines which would have eventually turned into home internet and phone as well. I placed and order on Friday 12/15/23 for 4 iPhone 14's, midnight, yellow, white, and purple. It was not until I completed my order and port that I received my receipt that told me that 2 of the 4 phones were on backorder. The website let me complete my entire order along with put the hold on the money in my account. I reached out via Facebook messenger and spoke with a couple different representatives Alexis told me that all 4 of my phones would arrive yesterday. That was not the case only 2 of the 4 phones arrived. When I called customer service after speaking to someone in the port department who told me that the other 2 phones would not be shipping until 12/29, I reached out to Alexis again who told me that she showed all 4 phones would be arriving yesterday and told me the colors I was supposed to be receiving. When I called to cancel all 4 lines and cancel the 2 that still had not shipped not one time did they offer to try to make it right. Like maybe offer the same phones next storage size up, offer to ship us 2 phones in different color? NO ATTEMPT TO KEEP MY BUSINESS WAS MADE. This was very poorly handled by most of the representatives that I dealt with. My business should have been just as important as anyone else. It appears that Verizon already  has enough customers and isn't looking to expand their clientele. This is very sad, and frustrating to me and my husband. I am sorry that our business isn't valuable enough to try to make a mistake that was made on your part correct.
