On 6/21/25, a week after beginning the port process from another carrier, my phone still wasn't working. I called the Port Center Support number and spoke with Nicole, who was very kind and patient. After exhausting her options, Nicole brought Jonah onto the call and together all three of us called my previous carrier in order to force the port through. Jonah proceeded to stay with us after she'd manually activated the port, called on another line, and did some verification to be certain that my service was fully functional before letting me go and wishing me a great evening. There was no survey after the call but I wanted to give proper recognition to Nicole and Jonah for their excellent customer service. They resolved what 3 other Verizon agents and one agent from my previous carrier could not, and I'm incredibly grateful!
