Never received devices. Been calling Verizon for 3 months. Talked to 10 different representatives everytime told not to worry this would be resolved. Nothing has happened. Being charged for devices and services I’ve never received or used. Today 1/6/24 told devices were activated on 10/26/23 after having called 9 times in last 3 months and told numerous stories at one point being told order was cancelled not to worry. Now being told I received and activated devices. Yet never once used any of the ordered devices or received them. Still using number with AT&T I was porting over so how could inpossibly have activated the Verizon device. Seems I’ve been lied to over and over again. Told don’t worry this will be resolved and nothing has happened no call backs no emails nothing and apparently no notes on my account nothing the previous calls or conversations. What is going on here???? Has anyone else dealt with such absurd issues.

Sadly yes….happens all the time I’m leaving soon, customer since 1999 and I get robbed by Verizon all the time
