For years I had Digital secure asic for free on 2 devices. Suddenly I don't have it on 1 phone (both are S22 Ultra). I've spent hours chatting and calling Verizon to get resolved. One tech support person said the account was set up as a commercial account and therefore did not qualify for basic (but I had it before) so he put in an incident report.  Nothing has happened except that people I talk to try selling me a paid version. I'm about to give up on Verizon after being with them for 15? Years! Where has their great customer service gone?
