Hi. It has been two months since I’ve gone to Verizon and told them that the Disney+ included in my plan is not working. Hulu works fine. ESPN+ works fine. However, my Disney+ continues to tell me my subscription is expired and I need to resubscribe. I’ve talked to two Verizon agents and someone on the Disney+ help chat. No one is able to figure out why my Disney+ isn’t active. And yes. I’ve tried to log in on other devices. And a web browser. And I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve uninstalled the app and restarted my phone. No one is giving me answers.
