Disney+ Bundle Log In Issues Are Getting Old!

Disney+ Bundle Log In Issues Are Getting Old! I've been using the app on my TV via home network for months. When first signing up to the individual sites: Hulu, Disney, etc, Disney was always the one giving me grief and wanting me to sign up for an account and subscription for which I had to pay. After repeated calls to their unknowledgeable staff, I ended up creating a few different accounts with different email addresses even though they told me that I should just log in using my Verizon credentials. Yeah, been there, tried that 20 times. Verizon staff was of absolutely no help either telling me that they can't look up log in credentials for the apps to which they brokered deals with. Somehow with nothing but fluke luck I got in to Disney+. Now, all of a sudden, it's important to log in to the app even though I was already logged in. Message on screen showing update. It has to be selected. When I do, it says invalid credentials or some such. Again, I'm already logged in. Now, because of all of the past stress both Disney and Verizon has caused me but way of neither company having a clue about the other, there's no way for me to find out which one of the 15 what addresses I was forced to make up to finally get into Disney I need to use. Thank you to both companies!

I certainly understand the grief of trying to get signed back into your account, Jacksonusa. I know my household doesn't operate without Disney+ with two small kids. We definitely want to help you find the support you need, and I think I have some details here that can help Disney+ support locate your account credentials. When you have the Disney Bundle on us, there is a reference number that will identify your promotion with Disney+ Support. Here's how to locate that (see "Troubleshooting your subscription > Who can I contact if I have questions about the Disney Bundle service?"): https://www.verizon.com/support/disney-bundle-faqs/

Once you have that reference number, Disney+ support would handle any Disney+ account related questions, including account recovery.
