Disney+ Bundle no longer working.

Couldn’t sign in any more for unknown reason.  Contacted Verizon I was referred to Disney. They had me deactivate my account and then reactivate. It deactivated, but still not working.  Verizon app says it is active, but an error message has been there for a couple of weeks saying ‘pending activation, check back in 15 minutes’.  It’s been 2 weeks. Have tried talking to Hulu  and Disney again and again I’m referred back to Verizon.

HELP!
