I have had this for 3 months and ain't been able to use Disney plus not one time. That's the only reason I got this phone plan I feel like Verizon has ripped me off. I feel they should fix this and at least give me a month of service it's ridiculous.

Three months is far too long to not be able to enjoy your Disney+ subscription, Mhaw1987. I know that wouldn't work in my house, as it is my kids favorite place to watch shows. We're here to help.
