I signed up for Verizon Home Internet with the $25/month guarantee. I confirmed it with the agent over the phone. Now I get my first bill and I am being charged $50. I called and was told the deal is not for people on prepaid Verizon. I was guranteed that I was on the $25/month for 10 years by the agent who signed me up. He said my Verizon 5g prepaid qualified me for the deal. Can someone look up past phone or chat converstions to show I was promised this?
