Error Message in Adding Peacock Netflix Bundle to Fios

I have tried repeatedly to add the Peacock Netflix bundle to my Fios account but I keep getting “An error occurred in processing your request.” when I attempt to add a credit card. I’ve tried multiple browsers, multiple credit cards and both my iPad and Windows laptop. I’ve spend hours on the phone being bounced back and forth like a ping pong ball between Verizon Fios and Verizon Wireless. I tried adding + Play at the suggestion of a Verizon rep. Nothing works.
Has anyone else been unable to save their credit card? I cannot move onto the next step of accepting terms and conditions without saving my credit card.

Have you tried adding them to your account via the phone app? I'm able to save my card but cannot get the +play offer to charge me.
