I have been a Verizon wireless customer for 17 years. I have recently had an issue with my bank account and had to get a new card/account number. This also affected my direct deposit for work. Overall, needed more time to pay. I was connected to financial services and the women advised me to make a partial payment, which I did and services would be restored. When I called back, the supervisor I spoke to was rude, basically called me a liar and I couldnโt believe how I was spoken to. I called back and spoke to others who have now been treating me differently. I made the payment and Iโm being treated like a child. I canโt even contact financial services. All conversations are recorded so the company can see that I was ethical and kind to everyone. I made a complaint on Verizon ethics as well and would like to speak to someone who can help me.
