I have been trying for three days to sign up for fiber internet. The first time I had an online agent walk me through it because i could not access the discount for linking my current Verizon phone plan. After receiving a confirmation email, i was unable to log on and pay, facing the error "the zip code is invalid" despite never entering a zip code except through the agent who submitted the order for me. When i attempted to sign up myself online, i was able to receive the discount and saw the total of $64.99/month at each step of the way. Upon completing the order and entering my bank account information, i received a confirmation email where the price was miraculously $89.99/month. I am pretty upset. has anyone else run into this?
