HELP.
I am a Verizon Fios customer and just tried to switch my phone service over to Verizon as well. I signed up online, picked my plan, placed an order for a new phone, PAID FOR THE ORDER, went to verify my identity via the link that was sent me but the link had expired so they had me call the fraud team. The fraud team flat out refused to provide me with a new link to upload my indentity verification documents or provide me any other way to verify my identity. They cancelled my order and told me I was not eligible for post paid services and would only be eligible for prepaid service and that I have no choice, and no period of time when I would be able to place a new order. I see alot of people having this same issue. Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can get this issue fixed so I can start my Verizon service?? This is absolutely insane and ridiculous.

They won't let you. You have to go over their head and email the executive chair so they can help you
