I was on the phone with telesales for 3 hours. I verified 3 times, got through the whole process.... I ordered the phones, ported a number, picked the plan, accepted terms and conditions... They said it was all done. Then the telesales agent said fraud flagged me... Okay, I sent the documents again. All my addresses match, from the ID, to the bill, to the shipping address... They denied me and won't tell me why. Said I cannot get service with Verizon. Telesales said even if I go to the store, I still won't be able to get it. I called again to get clarification... Fraud put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back. What do I do? Verizon has the best deals right now and no one will help me.

We're so sorry for this whole ordeal. This is not the experience we wanted you to have. All we can recommend is trying to get a hold of our fraud department so that they can better assist you.

The fraud department put me on hold for 30 minutes after I called them back. So I need to keep calling until someone helps me????
