Fraud is preventing me from opening new account

I never had verizon in over 10 years and recently i tried to open an account. Gave them all my info and was rejected and they wont even tell me why and the corporate store dont even know why. I gave them All my info and proof of address and cant open an account at all. its like being told I am not me and sad that they cant tell me whats going on and why its flagged.

The most straightforward way to resolve this false positive detection might be through written correspondences with Verizon. Sometimes copies of identity documents may be provided, when that happens, please be sure to check you are sending to the correct address and send with a Certified Mail.
