I have spoken with 9 people for over 9 hours and still cannot get my new iPhone 15 activated. Each time I talk to a new person, even when my call was transferred, I have had to start over wi the their troubleshooting steps. I have been told twice they needed to call me back, and I have yet to receive a call back. I need help. Navigating this is a nightmare.
