I was lied to by verizon representative. I just switched from AT&T I was told by a verizon rep that my bill would be 63.00 that was a lie. Also I was told phone activation fee would be waived and come off bill. I guess it’s just a way to get me to switch carriers they probably get a commission. Forget calling and asking for a supervisor they don’t want to give you one. I was supposed to have a supervisor call me back but never did. Also I’m getting a bill for 150.00 from from July 14-aug 14. I activated my phone August 15 two days ago so why am I getting a bill. Can someone please give me a phone number for the escalation department so I can report the representative so this doesn’t happen to someone else and I can get my bill fixed.
