I am currently stationed overseas and recently returned to the States for a month of a school where i activated my suspended line. i am now back overseas and unable to suspend my line with i.d me with verizon. message states that i have already verified with i.d me on a different account and won’t let me suspend the line. i only have one account and i am able to log in to the original i.d me website with no problem. i have been on the phone with verizon representatives already today. any suggestions?
