I need to cancel my plan (never received a SIM card), but I am unable to sign up for a My Verizon account (again, because I never received my SIM card so I don't actually have access to the phone number associated with my plan). I can't call customer service (I just get an automated message that says the call cannot be completed) and I can't have them call me because I need to be logged in to do so. Is there any other way to contact customer service?

Similar situation. I paid for a prepaid plan, switched over my phone and ported my number. I never received my free SIM card. I went to 3rd party Verizon store, they sold me a SIM card. I installed the SIM card, and I’m still unable to create an account. I will be reporting to BBB.
