I recently started an account online, selected a phone and paid all the taxes and fees. But after trying to set up my online account and profile it was not allowing me to as the link was not valid, after speaking with someone in the fraud department they told me they couldn’t verify my identity and there was nothing more that could be done, and they could not give me any more information. Has anyone had this issue and been able to repair it? I need assistance ASAP.

I did contact them. They said that they cannot help me, and made it seem as if there were nothing they could do, even saying they could not give me any more information regarding the matter
