I just ordered new mobile service & they sent me the link to verify my identity, but i did successfully summited my ID.. How long does it take for them to verify my ID..

Totally unsuccessful in unlocking my Locked Account. The "Digital assistant" clearly doesn't understand my problem. I DO NOT HAVE MY 4-DIGIT PASSCODE
