I have just submitted an order to transfer my number to Verizon phone service. I received the email asking me to verify my identity by uploading documents to a link. When I click the link, the resulting page displays "Invalid Request" with no additional information.
I called 888-483-7200 and the automated system told me my order is in the process of being cancelled. The email it sent when I requested to verify my identity contains a link which also leads to a page which displays "Invalid Request" with no additional information.
You have made signing up for your phone service physically impossible.
