Identity verification

I went through the process of starting a new line today, I got the phone and deal I wanted, and then my order was canceled because my identity could not be verified. I called customer service and they were not allowed to tell me why. I submitted photos of my drivers license which has all of the same information except my address which has changed. I just donโ€™t understand why I wasnโ€™t verified and why I wasnโ€™t allowed to try another way. Very dissatisfied with the process.

Hello, Princess3mme. Thank you so much for this information and my apologies to hear of your experience. Help is here to get you pointed in the right direction. When starting new service, there are times that our Fraud Department will request confirmation to complete the order. Were you able to speak with them to complete the order?
