Invalid Request for ID verification

I ordered a Prepaid plan and an email was sent to me requesting that I upload my state ID.

The URL provided does not work and only prompts a 'Invalid request' page with no other information.

Also, I tried looking up the status of my order, it also showed that action is required to process the order. But when I click "take action", it also prompts an error page saying the request cannot be handled.

Please advise what I should do.
