Is Verizon intentionally declining new customers?

This is insane, I've been on the phone back and forth between 5+ different reps & supervisors, all requesting for me to keep resubmitting my ID to be verified for my order. I've submitted it 5+ times and still not working!!! This is the worst experience ever, and all I'm trying to do is purchase a phone & set up my service with Verizon. It should not be this difficult

It is obvious that the scanning mechanism is really bad & does not properly scan my ID. I have submitted ID after ID, in different ways, almost 10 times now since posting again. I've taken photos of the ID in different light environments, different angles, tried scanning & uploading, tried using a different phone, different browsers - NOTHING works. And the reps/ supervisors are 0 help - they just request to submit the ID again. They also said I can't go into a store & just have them verify my identity in person. Now it looks like my order is about to cancel. Like what????? Is this real, am I getting trolled? How hard is it to purchase a phone & set up a new line??? This seems impossible

At least they gave you the chance to re-submit. They flat out told me we are denying you and no documentation is going to help! They won't even tell me why!
