Just transferred service to my own plan, device and plan not showing on myVerizon profile.

Hi I just recently transferred service from one account to another and im unable to see or register my device on myVerizon. I would like to be abke to set up Autopay but as I cant see the account number or anything I am unable to.

Hello, haliemccloud. Help is here as we can ensure you have access to your online account and set up auto payments. I see it has been a few days since you posted this. Have you been able to access it yet?
