Not being able to link your number to online account seems to be an ongoing problem. I cannot link my number to my account and trying to reach an actual LIVE CS Rep is impossible. And, if you do reach one, they do not understand what the situation is and talk to you in scripted circles, WITHOUT providing a resolution!
I just switched to Verizon within the last month or so and while I appreciate the phone, not being able access my account is extremely frustrating. So, until I can verify the information listed in my account, Verizon will have to wait to get paid. I'm not potentially paying someone else's bill. Fix the account link issue Verizon, now!

Kt1317, being able to access My Verizon is important. It's the easiest way to maintain and do things on the account, like set up Auto Pay and edit your contact information. If you have your Verizon number and account information, then you should be able to register using these steps here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-17492/
These are the steps of how via a browser you can register your account, and tie your mobile number and account info together. Have you attempted these steps? What problem are you having, trying to register?

This doesn’t work. I have a registered account. I sign in, try to link my count, and get a notice that says my account can’t be linked. This is a Verizon issue and people are sick of dealing with it
