I made this post: https://community.verizon.com/t5/Account-Activation/Yet-another-ticket-closed-with-no-action-taken-o...
and apparently received a private message. Now, ironically enough, I have an entirely new issue: I am unable to log in to this account, and I had to create an entirely new community account to make this post. I attempted to reset my password and simply receive the error:
"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue."
As a new customer, this is pretty frustrating. To quote my previous issue - the Verizon website has been less than satisfactory, and that's being generous.

Hi @jus-25s2 ,
Thank you for reaching out. Please sign in with the newest login you created and it should now take you to your old account so you can respond to your Private Message. Let us know if you're still unable to access it. - kh_jenn

Any assistance here? I'd rather not call and be redirected 8 times for someone to ask me the same 3 questions again. I quite simply just need the password for that account to be reset. It's even linked to the same email as my current account.
