Mobile number not eligible for linking

Went to open myverizon app and found i was logged out, after logging back in all of my information was gone and it said i needed to link services. However, whenever i try to do that it says "mobile number not available for linking." This frustrating because this has been on going with no resolution for the past 4 months, in addition, i am unable to view my bill which is tough as my auto pay amount went from $133 to $384 and I am unable to see why. I have spent several hours on the phone with customer support and time inside a store and no one seems to be able to help.
