My Verizon account is locked

When trying to access my account I see a splash screen saying the account is locked?

I have changed the password 4 times and still see the " account  locked msg"

Please un lock this account so I can see my billing information

Hello, Kreitnauer315, we want to make sure you're able to sign in and manage your account! To confirm, are you seeing a message that your account is locked with no other info? If so, did this happen after not being able to sign in multiple times? Have you been able to try resetting your password by chance?

I am able to login on browser, but not the app. It says account locked and prompts me to change my password. I am successfully able to change the password, however then it asks me to login in with that new password, and I get the account locked message again.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you able to see your billing information when using the browser? Was this for prepaid service or a monthly billed account?-Joe

I am able to access my account info in browser. This is a new account so I have not received a bill yet, but it will be billed monthly.
