My ex's mother is the primary account holder on my account. She refuses to let me off it and is requesting I work it out with my ex. My ex is extremely volatile and is using anything possible to be able to contact me or see me. I have a no contact order and cannot discuss with her. I need to transfer my phone number on their account to my mother's verizon account. But verizon keeps telling me that I must have the account owner approve. The account owner will not approve. I do not know what to do and need help!
