NFL+ Premium (Seasonal) & Netflix Special Offer

I signed up for the NFL+ Premium (Seasonal) & Netflix Special Offer and linked both my Netflix and accounts. However, does not recognize me as a NFL+ subscriber.  I linked my and Verizon accounts via the Manage Subscription page. I tried to chat with an agent but he was no help. He kept telling me the offer is expired even after I told him that I signed-up for the offer in December when it was till going on.
