I never received my 200$ rebate perline when I switched. I went to the verizon store and switched 3 lines to Verizon due to their promotion and I have still not received any rebated. I call and Call over and over again and just get bounced around and no one know how to handle it. I have called saying I never received them for about 4 months now and they just tell me that they will escalte or open a tickets. I give them time and never hear back. This is ridiculous. They owe me about 740 in rebates that they never sent me then try to say they are expired.....How am I going to submit something I never received. I have three phone lines and 2 internet lines through verizon which I have just swithed over. They are making me want to go back to ATT. horrible customer service.
