I'm new (again) to Verizon Mobile and when I try to login to my account it goes to the guest orders page instead of showing me the account details. It tells me "You’ll get the full Account Owner experience after you activate your device.", but my phones are already activated. Will this clear once my first bill is actually issued?

Talked with Verizon in private chat the same day as I posted this question and we came up with a solution. I registered a new account with a different email address, made sure I was the main account holder and entered my verizon number and then I could see the billing info. If you leave those blank (even though it gives you the option to skip) then the account only works as a guest account and isn't easily switchable.

What does the Verizon number you wrote refer to?
Is it an account number or a phone number?
If it's an account number, where did you get it?

I just meant phone number when I said “Verizon number” as that's how they refer to it when registering. All I ended up doing is opening a new online account under a different email address. Good luck!
