I recently place an order for new service that was processed and then canceled because I didn't verify my identity in time. I called back to rectify the situation and my application was forwarded to the fraud department and they just kept giving me a boiler plate response and talked over me with no solution or assistance at all. I offered to verify my identity anyway possible but was told to try again in 6 months. I continued to ask the reason for the denial or anything I could do to rectify the situation and was transferred to a supervisor who gave the same boiler plate response and offered no help. I have a near perfect credit score and pulled all three of my credit reports and there is nothing that would justify a denial. I've never had a late payment, no delinquencies, no collections, no bankruptcies, nothing at all. I would like someone to address this issue.
My interaction with the customer service/fraud prevention team was absolutely unacceptable.
