Hello, we have a new home construction and are set to move within the next 2 weeks. The builder informed me that our home has Verizon Fios installed. When I check our address it says our address isn’t in the system yet. I opened tickets through Facebook messenger and they said the engineer’s are still working on it. I would just like to get it setup because we need to switch utilities soon. Please advise. Thanks
