I'm so frustrated. I just switched to Verizon and the website shows that I've switched; but I still find AT&T all over my phone. And it cannot go out of SOS mode. I've tried rebooting, toggling volume control tricks, airplane mode, resetting wifi, etc. Nothing works. How can I get AT&T out of my phone? I already asked for and obtained a Number Transfer PIN, so they know I'm going. But my phone is all but bricked. Internet works, apps work; but not phone or messaging. I was told the transfer could take up to four hours, but we're past that. Can anyone help?

We're sorry to hear that you're still having problems with your phone after switching to Verizon. We don't want you to keep having problems and we'll do everything we can to help you. What model device do you have? If you call the Port Center automated system, does it confirm that the port has completed? You can call them using this number: 888-844-7095
