No Access to My Verizon

I cannot access Verizon online account with message "Your My Verizon online account was created successfully.
You’ll get the full Account Owner experience after you activate your device. "

Tried to use phone number to login, but got  "The User ID/Verizon mobile number or ZIP code doesn't match our records. Please try again."

 

Please help to resolve the problem

Thank you for reaching out for support with your online account.  I know I depend on my online access regularly, and I want to make sure you have the same availability. Are you attempting this through the App or through the Website? Has your phone been active for 7 days? Are you the Account Owner?

This is through both the App and the Website. I am the account owner. My phone has been active for three days. What should I do next?
