What is Verizon? No longer provide shipping labels and return packaging when upgrading a phone. They make the customer have to print out their own label, find their own box or travel to you a Verizon store or UPS store an hour away.
I don't believe the stores necessarily take equipment or trade-ins to be shipped to whatever receiving warehouse handles them either. Don't know why. As for not being able to get a return kit or shipping label except for printing out your own, I blame the bulk of CS having been outsourced to overseas call centers a few years ago. They probably don't have any access to whatever shipping company and/or would have to mail the return kit from overseas, which they don't want to do for obvious reasons.
