Hi! I transferred my service from my parents Verizon over to my own. I’ve gotten an email saying my billing documents are ready, but when I try to link my phone number to my Verizon account it says it’s not eligible to be linked. I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone from Verizon CS either.

I'm guessing for whatever reason your number was not unlinked from your parents' account. Try calling the Transfer Your Service department by dialing 888-832-4540, or maybe see if your parents can manually unlink your number if they login to their account?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Itslivvygrace, We understand how important it is to be able to access your account at your convenience. Are you running into this issue when you are trying to register for an online account? Did you have an online account set up with your parents account?
