Looking to verify sure discount. I was a new customer and placed an order on line which included my nurse discount which was verified by ID.me. I then had a rep cancel that order and place a new order due to wanting a tech to come install. The customer rep placed the wrong order. Had to cancel that order as well. Finally got a new order but rep unable to add nurse discount. I am now labeled as an existing Fios customer. When the verify ID.me page pops open, I login to my account and then when it returns to Verizon I will get a "page not found" or a "Thank you for your service. We are unable to verify your eligibility, but you can still order these services or learn more to check eligibility for a discount through the Verizon Connections program, which offers discounts to employees of companies enrolled in the program." 

Spent Hours o chat and on the phone with a Verizon rep who stated the problem must be with ID.me and suggested I delete my verified ID and then re-upload and to clear cache and cookie. Did this and still getting the same issue. Advised by phone rep that this discount can only be verified online and cannot go to retail store. Who can I speak with that can resolve this issue and not keep getting the run around. There has been nothing but problems and I am very unhappy with the customer service aspect. Feel like I have not gotten any help.

Please advise.
