@Mattykizzle im having the same issue and got the same everything. They are beating around the bush and say they can't help. I paid 185 dollars and they are making me wait 10 days to get my money back and I have to start the whole process over. Get this tho there is a whole tread about it and they give the same generic response and won't tell yu anything
