PLEASE HELP - NEW CUSTOMER - ROUTER/ACCOUNT ISSUE

I just ordered Fios Internet a few days ago for my apartment. I was able to set up everything through a chat agent. Everything seemed to be going smoothly but now when I try to go into my account and review anything I get the following error messages depending on what I click on:
“Please contact the Verizon
Local Business Office.
We're Sorry, we're unable to continue your order at this time.
Please try again later or contact your local Verizon Business Office for assistance.
1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966).”
This is ridiculous and i spent 8 hours on the phone/chat looking for help today . No one provied a ticket number but i have chat confirmation.
“We encountered an error while processing your Internet Status request. Router details are not available at this time. Please try again later.”
If this is how you’re treating a customer that set up a new line, it may be better for me to just cancel and go back to Xfinity. I’m not understanding how this is even possible. I want to review my account as normal ASAP.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ON HOW TO FIX THIS BECAUSE I CANT TOLERATE THIS MUCH LONGER!
