Phone has now been activated. Still unable to contact Verizon online nor from my phone.

   I visited the Verizon store today. The  agent spent only 2 mninutes to activate the account. (I had been struggling to do that for 2 days.)  I've now wasted another 30 minutes uncessfully trying to ask a question. It's giving the same message as before, "invalid order number". 
   I can't imagine that I need to return to the store (30 minutes away) again. 
   My issue now, beyond still not able to contact Verizon, is that I was sent the wrong  phone. I need a phone that has a stylus. The agent emphasised that I could probably exchange the phone if I do it soon. Unfortunately I've learned that Verizon doesn't understand soon.
   
Please know that I have no issue with the Community Forum. You too have to deal with the same anomalies as I.
