Phone wont power on, can't authenticate account.

Would really like to simply order a new phone or even see what my options are but I can't do a single thing without the activation code being sent to a phone I have no access to. Chat support? Gotta log into that too.

It's ridiculous that I have to post to a forum to get something done that could be a chat request.
