Hello, I purchased two new iPhone 16 from Verizon with the plan to port one in from AT&T and the other from T-Mobile. Received the phones on 11/23 and went ahead with activation. For the past two days today being 11/25 I have not been able to receive any phone calls or sms messages to my new Verizon phone . I am being told my port was completed yet I was never asked for my old carriers account number or the transfer pin. I truly believe that the port was not done correctly and I’ve spoken to about 10 different reps and not one person has been able to figure this out .

Congratulations on your new devices. We understand how important it is for your new services to be working as expected. Are your devices with your previous carriers still working? Do you receive calls and text on those devices? When you purchased the new devices, do you recall if you selected to port in your existing numbers? The order should have prompted for your existing carrier information at that time. Any additional information you can provide would be helpful as we want to ensure we get you up and running as soon as possible.

That's strange. Any time I've ported my number, I was asked for both the old carrier's account number and the transfer PIN. And my experience porting between Verizon and T-Mobile was, it happened immediately when the store employees were doing it. Have you contacted both AT&T and T-Mobile to see if maybe the port never did go through and the other guys still have those 2 numbers? Otherwise, it sounds like an issue for Verizon's Porting Department, whose number ends in 7095 according to my notes, but I can't post phone numbers due to the forum rules.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
